We understand that plans can change, especially when organizing events.
1. To reserve equipment for your date, a booking deposit is required. This ensures availability and prevents double booking.
2. All rentals are delivered and coordinated by our team. We do not offer self-pickup services.
3. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus any payment processing fees.
4. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the timing and our ability to reassign the equipment.
5. If your event needs to be rescheduled, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
Our goal is to remain flexible and work with you to find the best possible solution whenever plans change.
Minimum Order Requirement
To ensure efficient delivery and service quality, we currently operate with a minimum order of 20 golf club sets per booking.
Our services are designed specifically for corporate events, business outings, and large group activities. At this time, we do not offer rentals for private individuals or small personal use.
This approach allows us to maintain reliable logistics, consistent equipment quality, and smooth coordination for larger events.
